Live updates
BC Mobile for iOS and Android is an app that team members can use to view upcoming jobs, update progress on jobs, view job documents (eg. plans & certificates), obtain job location information and more.
When a team member updates progress on the app, the updates are sent back to the BusinessCraft server so that all team members are up to date and automated email and SMS notifications can be sent to nominated stake holders including customers.

PURCHASE ORDERS
View purchase orders for contracts; And with security access, raise additional purchase orders if needed.
Additional Purchase Orders in BC Mobile are subject to the same Extra to Schedule Controls as in BC Desktop or BC Online.
View Purchase Orders including all Purchase Order Line details with filters and sorting available
If authorised, raise additional Purchase Orders including providing Extra to Schedule details for Margin Declared Contracts. Copy Purchase Orders to save time.
View PO attachments for additional information when required

Use comprehensive photo galleries and document register throughout BC Mobile
Use iOS and Android native camera tools to take photos and store them in BC Mobile in appropriate area.
Use the BC Mobile Document Register to make notes and store file attachments with filtering and sorting options.
