The BusinessCraft BOM module provides options to create and manage detailed hierarchical lists that outlines every component, sub-component, and material needed to construct or manufacture a product. It serves as a blueprint, breaking down the structure into individual parts, from labour and raw materials to finished assemblies. Estimating methodologies incorporating BOM’s provide a repeatable and consistent cost estimates that can streamline estimating and inventory management.
PURCHASE ORDERS

Purchase Orders represent a vital part in supply chain management. Advising your suppliers and subcontractors ahead of time provides the best chance to successfully resourcing a project. Leveraging your Job Costing Bill of Quantiles, Purchase Orders can be generated and published for each cost section or cost centers of your choosing or they can be created manually directly in the Purchase Order module. Plans, specifications or other files can be auto attached during the email publication process to the supplier so they have the information they need to secure your work.
MARGIN CONTROL
Monitor margin at each stage.
Beginning with your price book, margin figures can be reviewed along each stage the estimating journey through Sales Estimating, Contract Signing, Production Estimating and Handover. A margin snapshot is taken once your ordering is complete where Extra to Order costs tracking commences to monitor margin erosion.
