Service Supervisors can access BC Go! and BC Online to manage tasks, view job details, and review documentation on the go. Scheduled maintenance reports sent to vendors promote visibility and accountability. Costs associated with maintained jobs can be automatically accrued and tracked until the contract is fully complete, ensuring seamless end-to-end project management.

BusinessCraft’s contract module helps to streamline this process, providing a structured approach to final inspections, documentation, and client communications. With all project information and documentation centralised—from warranties and user manuals to job information and colour selections—teams can easily prepare comprehensive handover packages that meet client expectations.
MAINTENANCE JOBS
Solution to post-construction and warranty costs.
With the BusinessCraft Job Costing Module, every construction contract is paired with a dedicated job, known as the M Job, designed to meet specific accounting requirements and manage cost segregation. M Jobs can remain active for the duration of the construction warranty, providing full estimating and ordering capabilities for large-scale maintenance or allowing for the creation of manual orders. These orders can be seamlessly managed with the built-in Purchase Order Call-Up function. Additionally, all M Job costs are automatically moved from Work in Progress (WIP) on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial tracking

BusinessCraft’s integrated Service Requests, together with BC Go, provide a complete, streamlined solution for managing maintenance and warranty work. Service requests can be initiated by either the office team or through BC Go, allowing Service Supervisors to address client needs from anywhere, anytime.
Fully integrated with contract workflows, Service Requests enable maintenance and warranty tasks to be categorised by type, giving management insights into maintenance patterns. Requests can be grouped or isolated as needed, allowing teams to decide how best to address each issue. Once a service request is resolved, the reset function readies the contract workflow for the next maintenance cycle, keeping your team prepared and simplifying ongoing support.
