Live updates

BC Go! for iOS and Android is an app that team members can use to view upcoming jobs, update progress on jobs, view job documents (eg. plans & certificates), obtain job location information and more.

When a team member updates progress on the app, the updates are sent back to the BusinessCraft server so that all team members are up to date and automated email and SMS notifications can be sent to nominated stake holders including customers.

  • Users can view just their contracts or with security clearance view all contracts

  • Review Milestones, Events, Progress Claims, Purchase Orders, Documents, Contacts, Checklists and Service Requests

  • Update events including completions to ensure progress is accurate

  • Use offline mode when in out of service locations

STAGES & PROGRESS CLAIMS

Completing events ensures that stage completions and progress billing are always up to date.

  • Completing events ensures Stage completions are recognised in a timely manner enabling accurate revenue and cost recognition processes to be run by Finance

  • Completing events ensures progress billing claims can be submitted in an efficient and timely manner

PURCHASE ORDERS

View purchase orders for contracts; And with security access, raise additional purchase orders if needed.

Additional Purchase Orders in BC Go! are subject to the same Extra to Schedule Controls as in BC Desktop or BC Online.

  • View Purchase Orders including all Purchase Order Line details with filters and sorting available

  • If authorised, raise additional Purchase Orders including providing Extra to Schedule details for Margin Declared Contracts. Copy Purchase Orders to save time.

  • View PO attachments for additional information when required

  • Leverage iOS and Android native tools for sharing, editing and searching

PHOTOS & DOCUMENTS

Use comprehensive photo galleries and document register throughout BC Go!

  • Use iOS and Android native camera tools to take photos and store them in BC Go! in appropriate area.

  • Use the BC Go! Document Register to make notes and store file attachments with filtering and sorting options.

VENDORS

Quick access to vendor and vendor contact details.

  • Vendor Details including Cost Centres

  • Vendor Contact Details

  • Use native iOS and Android tools to make phone calls, send emails and copy data to clipboard

  • Initiate Supplier Applications for the office to process.
